Shipping Policy

To ensure your package is delivered correctly, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Include all required details such as abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or unit numbers, and any additional information necessary for successful delivery.

The Empire Collection is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Processing Time

All orders require a processing period that is separate from transit time.

  • Processing typically takes 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, your order will be handed off to USPS or UPS for delivery.

Please note: this timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for both the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost.


Delivery Claims

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.

  • Claims may take up to 30 days to resolve.

  • The Empire Collection is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier and cannot issue refunds or credits for such cases.


Out of Stock Items

If your order contains multiple items and one becomes unavailable:

  • The available items will be shipped as normal.

  • A refund will be issued for the out-of-stock product to your original payment method.
