Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return, please email us at support@TheEmpireCollection.shop with a clear subject line that explains the reason — for example:

  • Damaged Item

  • Wrong Item

  • Too Small

  • Too Big

Be sure to include a photo if the item is damaged.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address.

  • You must provide the return tracking number within 48 hours of approval or the return will be voided.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report an issue so we can evaluate and make it right.

  • If the item is damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is for another reason (too small, too big, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as shipping for the exchanged item back to you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Intimate apparel

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about a specific product, please reach out before purchasing.


Refunds & Exchanges

We do not issue refunds. If available, an exchange will be provided for the exact same item.
If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued instead.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
