Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report an issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
If the item is damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is for another reason (too small, too big, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as shipping for the exchanged item back to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Intimate apparel
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds & Exchanges
We do not issue refunds. If available, an exchange will be provided for the exact same item. If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued instead.
